Booking & Confirmation

A booking is confirmed only after the required payment has been received and confirmation has been issued by GlacierWay. Please check your booking details, departure date, meeting point, and inclusions carefully.

Payments

All payments must be made through the payment methods provided by GlacierWay. Any applicable taxes, transaction charges, or additional services will be communicated during booking.

Itinerary Changes

Trekking routes and schedules may change because of weather, trail conditions, road closures, permits, government instructions, safety requirements, or other circumstances beyond our control. GlacierWay may modify the itinerary when necessary for safety.

Participant Responsibility

Participants must follow instructions from trek leaders and guides, arrive at the reporting point on time, carry the required personal documents and equipment, and behave responsibly throughout the trip.

Health & Fitness

Participants are responsible for assessing their fitness and informing GlacierWay of any relevant medical or physical conditions before departure. Certain treks involve high altitude, strenuous walking, and rapidly changing mountain conditions.

Weather & Safety

Mountain travel carries inherent risks. GlacierWay may delay, reroute, shorten, or cancel an activity where conditions create a safety concern. The final decision of the trek leader or authorised GlacierWay representative will apply during the trip.

Personal Belongings

Participants are responsible for their personal belongings, valuables, documents, and equipment. GlacierWay is not responsible for loss or damage to personal property except where required by applicable law.

Travel Documents

Guests are responsible for carrying valid identification, permits or other documents required for their journey. Failure to carry required documents may affect participation without creating an automatic right to a refund.

Photography & Media

GlacierWay may capture photographs or videos during trips for marketing and promotional purposes. If you do not wish to appear in promotional material, please inform our team before departure.
